Hours of baking and decorating this weekend paid off.
Easter dessert featured homemade red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting surrounded by vanilla cupcakes with a variety of frosting: chocolate ganache, butter cream, and lemon frosting … all made from scratch. Plus blueberry muffins as a take home treat. Too bad there’s only so much room in your stomach each day! Especially considering the Easter meal slaved over by the Jacobs was delicious – it sure was hard to save room for dessert.
